FAMAD is committed to a discrimination-free labor market in Berlin.
Employers receive information and advice from FAMAD on AGG issues as well as support in promoting anti-discrimination structures in their companies.
The focus of the office is on networking with counseling centers in Berlin and supporting them through a structured transfer of knowledge and a coordinated exchange of expertise. The aim is to offer free legal expertise on anti-discrimination law in the work context.
FAMAD does not offer in-depth counseling for those affected by discrimination. However, it can refer you to appropriate agencies that provide advice on anti-discrimination and support for those affected. More information on how to find the right counseling center can be found in the Anti-Discrimination Guide.
